Water Experience

As a nonprofit leader and advocate, I drive systemic change in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) by fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders in over 50 countries. My work prioritizes gender equity by championing women-led initiatives - including a woman-focused mentorship program - and promoting inclusive strategies that empower women in water management and decision-making. Through catalytic funding, coalition-building, and strategic partnerships, I support local leaders in addressing inequities, amplifying marginalized voices, and ensuring sustainable, community-driven solutions. My lived experience as a mentor and advocate informs my commitment to challenging traditional systems and advancing gender equity in the water sector globally.
