Water Experience

I am an equity, diversity, and inclusion specialist (EDI) and Founder of Reflect Equity Diversity and Inclusion, a boutique consulting firm committed to working with organizations that are innovators and industry leaders. I use an evidence-based, research-driven approach to help organizations embrace complexity as an accelerator, not an obstacle to change. I am experienced in designing and implementing EDI strategy in the water sector, contributing to EDI in more equitable, diverse, and inclusive research, policy, and practice.
