Water Experience

I have worked in the water industry with flood risk assessments and wetland restoration for six years before going back to academia and starting a PhD in October 2022. I am trying to inspire women to come to the field of hydrology and to seek positions in academia but also in the industry. I have a lot of focus on equal pay which has been a problem in my former jobs.
