Water Experience

Dr. Cyntthia Laar, is Senior Research Scientist of Environmental Studies at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission. She is a Water Resources Management specialist and has B.Sc.(Hons) in Applied Chemistry, MPhil in environmental Science and Ph.D in Environmental and Water Sciences. Cynthia was appointed Rapportuer for the first WICSC/WICSEA, in November 2024 in Accra, Ghana. His current consultancy assignment concentrates on Policy Dialogue and Conflict over use and access to natural resources, institutional reforms, strategic planning, floods and environmental management
