Water Experience
I am an hydrologist with over 15 years of experience at planning, conducting, managing environmental studies about rivers and lakes. I started my career in the men consulting world. I had to prove that I was as qualified as any other men. That experience gave me the goal to reach a management level and make sure that no women in my work environment will be treated like that. I am promoting equity through my role now by hiring women, mentoring students and making our environment gender equal.
