Water Experience

As a PhD candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Victoria and the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (EAWAG) my research advances sustainable water management by investigating microbial ecology and climate impacts of non-sewered sanitation systems in low-resource settings. My work incorporates field sampling in diverse regions and applies molecular techniques to inform equitable, climate-resilient sanitation solutions that improve access for underrepresented communities. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and mentorship, I aim to empower a new generation of water professionals and contribute to more inclusive water research and management
