Water Experience

I work in the area of stakeholder engagement and facilitation in water (related) and WASH sector. I provide guidance in the design of the process for interaction, collaboration, and guiding a group, partnership or network in finding their joint goals and achieving them. An essential part of forming a group is ensuring diversity (also through invitation) and in group discussions is providing equal chances to contribute (there are various facilitation methods to ensure that everyone can be heard). Secondly, I do research in the area of workforce development. For example, in the design of capacity assessments, an important component is assessing gender equality in the water-related and WASH workforce.
