"I am a woman, cyclivist and coffee enthusiast, looking to remobilise fluid relations between the world's waters, humans and our environment."
"My lived experience has made me curious about alternative water management systems to the techno-optimistic, crisis-centric approach endemic in western countries."
"I am committed to infusing water expertise with understandings of justice, lived experiences and a future of fluidity and hope."
Water Experience
My research articulates intersections between contemporary water-related challenges, justice, mobilities, disasters, and climate change. My doctoral dissertation focused on foregrounding voices from marginalised urban spaces. My current postdoctoral project builds on this by helping design community-led early warning systems for water disasters in India and the Netherlands.
