Water Experience

I am a Uruguayan sociologist with a Master’s degree in Gender and Development from FLACSO Ecuador. I bring extensive experience coordinating multi‑country projects and supporting UNDP and UNDRR initiatives related to coastal management, transboundary waters, climate resilience, and gender‑responsive environmental governance. My work integrates participatory territorial diagnostics, community engagement, and gender analysis to strengthen inclusive water governance. I have facilitated regional cooperation processes across Uruguay, Argentina, and the Plata Basin, promoting equitable access to water resources and enhancing local capacities through policy design, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable development strategies.
