Women Plus Water

"I am a water engineering graduate student and early-career researcher with experience in teaching and freelance WASH consulting."

"My lived experience combines academic training in water engineering with teaching and volunteer works on WASH sector."

"I am committed to advancing sustainable and equitable water management through research and innovation, applying data-driven approaches to address water scarcity and improve access for vulnerable communities."

Water Experience

I am a graduate student in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering with a background in Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering. My expertise includes hydrology, watershed analysis, and water resources management, with skills in data analysis, GIS, hydrologic modeling, and AI. I focus on water challenges in Ethiopia, using analytical tools to assess water availability, variability, and climate impacts. My research supports efficient and equitable water use, especially in agriculture. I promote inclusive water management by advancing data-driven solutions that improve access and reliability for vulnerable groups, particularly women, bridging engineering with socially responsive water solutions.
