"I am a science communicator dedicated to engaging with people and communities on water-related topics to raise awareness, educate and listen."

Water Experience

I grew up in Saskatchewan where lakes, rivers, and wetlands are bountiful. I spent my summers splashing in the water and winters trying to stay above the snow and ice. My love for the outdoors and water led me to pursue my graduate studies on the impacts of climate change on Canadian Prairie hydrology. In my current role, I engage and communicate with the public on various water-related research findings through art, events, and written media. I am fortunate to also be a part of the Women Plus Water team working on raising awareness of the gendered aspects of water and providing opportunities to those underrepresented in water.
