Water Experience

Working as a Human Resource professional in the water sector in Lagos, Nigeria, my work contributes to placing the right people to work in their appropriate role. This way, professionals are allocated according to their skills and strengths, especially women in a community where men tend to want to have the higher roles for themselves. Gender equity has been my most valued contribution.
