Water Experience

Ulrike Kelm is an international communications and advocacy expert with over 20 years of professional experience working in the international water and sanitation sector for the German development cooperation sector, international NGOs, and the United Nations. She is a co-founding member of the Women in Water & Sanitation Network (WWSN) and has been its chair for three years now. Her professional expertise lies in influencing policy processes, governance, and strategic communications and advocacy.
