University of Georgia Students Visit the Watershed Hydrology Lab
PhD student Seth Younger and MSc student Lauren Brockman from the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources visited the Watershed Hydrology lab for a couple of days to tour our facilities and train/share ideas on the use of the cryogenic extraction system that our lab has, which is based off of the Koeniger system (Koeniger, P., Marshall, J. D., Link, T. and Mulch, A. (2011), An inexpensive, fast, and reliable method for vacuum extraction of soil and plant water for stable isotope analyses by mass spectrometry. Rapid Commun. Mass Spectrom., 25: 3041–3048. doi:10.1002/rcm.5198).
