Thesis Description:

Amanda received a B.Sc. Honours in Land Use and Environmental Studies from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008. Following that, she was employed at the Meewasin Valley Authority as a GIS mapping technician from 2008 - 2011. She is currently working towards her masters in environment and sustainability under the supervision of Howard Wheater. She is also the environmental projects coordinator for the South Saskatchewan River Watershed Stewards. Her graduate research focus is watershed cumulative impacts/effect assessment and water quality in the South Saskatchewan River Basin.

Amanda holds memberships with the American Association for the Advancement of Science, Eco Canada and the Saskatchewan Environmental Industry and Managers Association.
