Sujata is a Research Officer at the Global Institute for Water Security (GIWS). Her research work focuses on hydrology, GIS and watershed and water quality modelling of different catchments in Canada. Sujata holds a Master's Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Her master's thesis investigated the impacts of soil freeze-thaw mechanisms on surface and sub-surface hydrology. Previously, she graduated with a Master's degree in Geo-informatics from ITC, University of Twente (Netherlands) and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Nepal).
