Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley
Dr. Jocelyn Peltier-Huntley, P.Eng. is the founder of Prairie Catalyst Consulting Corp, an EDI consulting firm on a mission to create awareness and remove roadblocks so all can realize their full potential. She is a globally recognized authority on activating workplaces allies and recently published her first book, Active Allyship. She is the creator of the Ally Activation model, which helps us understand how individuals go from living their lives to actively practicing inclusion and leading positive change. She facilitates EDI Baseline Assessments with socially conscious organizations so they can use evidence-based data to get strategic about advancing EDI. Her work transforms workplace culture so it works better for everyone. Additionally, Jocelyn is the Board Chair with Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan, a not-for-profit on a mission to advance, connect and support women and their allies, to build equitable and inclusive mining and nuclear sectors in Saskatchewan.
Rob Simm
Dr. Rob Simm is a Senior Vice President at Stantec with more than 35 years of experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment, including process evaluation and design, project management, facility planning and optimization, pilot testing, operators training, and contract administration. Rob’s specific areas of expertise include treatment processes for metals, phosphorus, nitrogen (including nitrate and nitrite), and selenium. He has worked in many industries over the years including the mining, power, oil & gas, semiconductor, and food and beverage industries.
