Anna (grad student category) and Willemijn (postdoc category) both won first place at the World Water Day poster competition, held March 21st in Saskatoon. Anna presented results of her analysis into the controls on snowmelt runoff generation in semi-arid, low-angled terrain; while Willemijn presented her modelling results of the spatial patterns of groundwater recharge. The event was sponsored and hosted by the Global Institute for Water Security and Canadian Water Resources Association. Congratulations, Anna and Willemijn!
